This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through SwedishSkinCare.com. Products purchased through Amazon, retail stores, authorized resellers, or other third-party websites are subject to the return policies of the original place of purchase.

Return Instructions

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include your original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation with your return shipment.

Returns received without sufficient information to identify the original order may experience processing delays or may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as returned products remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by Swedish Skin Care. Swedish Skin Care is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.

Exchanges

At this time, Swedish Skin Care does not offer product exchanges or store credit.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we will gladly replace the item with the identical product at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
